The options may vary from site to site.
a. User Information
On the left of the menu you should be able to see your screen Username (with Site Editor in brackets) and the current Date.
b. Text Only
The Text Only link will remove all images and table structures from the page leaving only the text. This feature is available to make the site more accessible for folk who may be using screen readers to access it.
c. Legal Information
The Legal link will take you to information on the following legal topics:
- Terms and Conditions
- Data Protection
- Privacy
- Consent Forms
- Disclaimer
Of particular note are the Consent Forms, which need to be completed and returned to the Website Administrator before a minor is allowed to participate in the site or photographs of people and/or property can be used within the site.
d. Help
The Help link will take you to the user manual.
e. Control Panel
The Control Panel link will take you to where you can edit your Personal Details, Bookmarks and Content.

f. Switch Page Edit On
The Switch Page Edit On link will switch on all the editing buttons ready for you to edit the page content.

g. Logout
The Logout link will finish your session on the website. Please remember to Logout when you are finished at the site.
