The My Details link will take you to the page where you can edit your personal details and password. The information kept here is to help with the smooth management of the site and will not be used for any other purpose.
User Information
You can edit/update your Real Name, Street Address, Town/City, County, Postcode and Telephone, Mobile Number and Mobile Email.
The Mobile Number and Mobile Email that you enter help to direct any text messages, emails and photographs you sent to the website via your mobile phone. This feature is not yet available on all websites - please contact your Site Administrator to check on its availability.
You will not be able to edit your Username and Email Address. Please contact the Website Administrator to change your Username and Email Address.
Portal Preferences
The Home Site is where you are directed to when you log in. If you want to change you Home Site then click on the drop down box to chose a new page.
Portal Permissions
The permissions that have been granted to you will be listed here. Please contact the Website Administrator to change your permissions.
Change Password
To change your password simply type your new one into the New Password and Confirm Password boxes. It is always wise to have both alphabetic and numerical characters in your password.
NB If for any reason you think your password has been compromised then please change it here as soon as possible so that others will not be able to add or edit items listed under your name.
